Private Lessons

Individual

Art 'N You can come to your own home and demonstrate a foundation in basic drawing skills through private lessons to your student or child. Private instruction begins at $40 per hour depending on the age of the student and the location. Students begin shading simple shapes and objects, and animals of their choice. We begin with pencil and chalk or oil pastels and then increase in complexity.

We recommend a monthly commitment of 4 one-hour lessons to get started, and to allow the student to develop their own creative expression at their natural pace.

Students also have the opportunity to experience various media: watercolor and acrylics for an additional fee. I will let you practice with our supplies so that you may experiment with different mediums before purchasing your own art supplies. We will help you in selecting and purchasing supplies that are of good quality and durability.

A group of 3-6 students for art lessons begins at $55 per hour for ages 7 and up

Birthday Parties

Art'N You will bring an unfired ceramic piece: plate, bowl, or mug to your home and your child and quests will have a great time creating their individual piece with glazes provided. Firing takes one week and will be returned to your home.
